AlugueTotal provides intelligent property management as a hybrid of product and service, with complete tools to track and manage everyone involved in rental operations.

The platform centralizes properties, contracts, tenants, and owners in one place, and includes specialized legal support to ensure contract clauses and agreements are fulfilled.

A key feature is the real-time split payment system, with automatic transfers to property owners and brokers, plus due-invoice alerts. My role was full stack and tech lead, including UI/UX and Asaas integrations for invoicing, subscriptions, and split payments.

I worked under the TectoTecnologia team, with Giovanni Boni as CTO and Gabriel Borges Aguiar as CEO.
